...another transfusion day...

Mini and I spent all day yesterday in the hematology clinic getting her routine transfusion...We stopped by the dentist office to pick up paperwork clearing her for transplant...We were told she would need X-rays and a cleaning...Lucky for us they squeezed us in yesterday...juggle, juggle, juggle...that's what my life has become...We saw the transplant doctor yesterday and it's looking good...Mini may begin transplant conditioning next week...Mini told the doctor she's heard that before...me too.

Just another day in the clinic...

Mini's ferritin (iron) went up 100 points in 30 days...not good...UGH!

...when I see how big Mini is compared to the little kids running around the clinic,  I become so proud of how far we have come...and just how far we have to go...

...So, we are still waiting for the Mini's second bone marrow donor to be worked up...which means, she is back to being transfused every 4 weeks...The good news is, we have another donor...and we pray this one will work out for Mini...
